Formula One participates in Driver Education Programs offered by your local high schools and community colleges.
By law, a driver education program consists of 24 hours of in-class instruction by a state licensed instructor, 18 hours of in car observation and 6 hours of driving. Teenagers who successfully complete a driver education program are eligible to receive their senior license at age 17.
